How to Switch user account in Oracle without sharing password?

We are currently in Oracle EBS 12.1.3. We are looking for a feature where a Generic/Service user account in Oracle can login to the application and then switch to a different Oracle user without having access to the other user's password. Does such a feature exist in 12.1.3? Please advise
