Process to highlight specific text on Release 12.1.3 login page (MainLoginPG)

We have personalized the Non-Prod EBS login page with specific text as in instance name,clone date, etc, in addition we would like like to highlight the color of the same text message which is customized in the EBS login page. FYI we added the text message (refer Doc ID: 741459.1) using the document path: /oracle/apps/fnd/sso/login/webui/MainLoginPG

Our main concern now is to highlight the color of the text message in EBS login page, we tried by creating a new custom-login.css and placed under OA_HTML directory but it did not work.


Please suggest, if any changes require or any other way to highlight the same text message in yellow and if possible to change the font.
