Attention US Payroll Customers: Alabama Overtime Tax Exemption Patches Released!

The following one off patches have been released that deliver changes to assist EBS US Payroll customers needing to comply with the Alabama Overtime Tax Exemption regulations that go into effect January 1st, 2024. Please note that these patches contain version 4.5.1 of the Vertex Payroll Tax Q Series (Quantum) Libraries so requires the Quantum Program Update process to be run. Upgrading to Quantum Program Update 4.5.1 is mandatory for US and Canadian Payroll customers. To obtain information on the instructions for installing Quantum libraries and data, please consult My Oracle Support Document 224273.1 - Installing Quantum for Oracle Payroll.

Please also note this patch also contains the End of Year 2023 Phase 2 patch as well as recently released one off
