New Benefit Plan, Deduction Not Calculating - No Errors are being presented

Peoplesoft 9.4, Peopletools 8.52

A new Life & ADD and a New Health plan was added

Employee Elections are present

Deduction Code is present

Benefit Plan and Attributes Appear to be correct

Rate Table ID's have been setup

Coverage Formula was setup for the Life Plan

Nothing is calculating and am getting no errors. It's a critical year end payroll that we must get confirmed.
