Using Netbackup/Veritas errors

Hello all,

I am looking for some guidance or possibly fixes for our Windows 2022, Oracle 19.21 veritas backup mystery. Veritas version 10.1

We are continually receiving a Veritas error (156) on our DB servers backups. (all Oracle different version but 12.2 through 19.21)

We broke it down in testing, We built a brand new VMWare Client server - performed a successful Veritas/Backup.

We then installed Oracle and again had a successful Veritas Backup.

We created our DB instance (Windows 19 on Windows 2022) and Veritas Backup failed with the 156 error. Unable to create VM Ware Snapshot.

Does anyone out hear have any suggestions?
