Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. How long take to apply PSU Update 12.1.0.2.231017?

I have been run the patch from OCI console, my environment is an DBCS Prod.

But, I have been waiting for around 4 hours and the patch doesn't finish.

How can I confirm if my task of patching is not stuck and how can I solved, or Do I need to wait until the patch task crash or finishing correctly?
