Which is the base table to Populate DEPTID in Billing Details Page

Hi,

Can you please tell me which is the base record for populating the DEPTID field present under Accounting Information tab in Contract Asset Distribution Grid on 'Billing-Review Billing Information- Details' Page. I am not looking for the record name of the field instead looking for which base table is populating the value in DEPTID. If we run the CA_BI_NTFC process, does it get populated after that ? If Yes then which base table is inserting the data into this DEPTID field, if not then which other table is responsible for populating data into this field. The Navigation for this one
