I am looking to upgrade from 19.0.0 to 19.3 what pre-reqs do I need?

I am on Oracle Database 19c Enterprise Edition Release 19.0.0.0.0 and would like to upgrade to 19.3. I am on red-hat: enterprise_linux:7.9:GA: server.

1) What documentation that would allow me to do this upgrade using DBUA gui?

2) I would like to know if I need to do any patching before-hand or not?
