Datapump Export Failing due to ORA-39127: unexpected error from call to TAG: SCHEDULER Calling

I am having an issue with random datapump export failures. I have several 1 minute jobs that actively run during the expdp backup window. On most occasions they fail while exporting the jobs. Typical export time is around 15 minutes, start to finish, so the 1 minutes jobs execute many times during the export. My first stab to resolve the issue was to exclude scheduler jobs from the export based on metalink advice (Doc ID 1414478.1) for similar errors. This has had no effect. Looking for other suggestions or root cause to resolve.

Environment:

Red Hat Enterprise Linux release 8.9

Oracle Database 19c Standard Edition 2 Release 19.0.0.0.0 - Production
