Getting "No categories found" when I open newly defined store

When I create a new store with existing hierarchy and mapping of categories, getting "No categories found". I have defined the items, with price and are marked as inventory and purchased.

Similar setup is used for other organization and it is working fine, I can drill down through the store to items and create ipro reqs.

Am I missing any particular step when I create content with an existing mapping and hierarchy?


Oracle R12 is the release.
