Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hi,

We have a requirement to define new tax rates for the coming year, after creating the new rates, for the same we need to create a new rule.

while creating the new rule under determining tax rate

on the 2nd page 2/5 "Additional Factors Available on Transaction Line"

Factor name - Tax classification code

operations = equal to

value = the newly created tax rates are not available for assigning.

Would request to help us what setup is missing.
