After clicking on a store in iProcurement, the page keeps loading? Only happens to a single user

Hello,

We have EBS R12.2.6. A single user has been facing an issue wherein after clicking through on an iProcurement Store (Catalog) - the next page keeps loading and nothing gets displayed. Usually there are Smartforms displayed but this single user is unable to see them.

What could be the reason? We have updated his Java and system is up to date but we still run into this issue.
