Oracle Message reports comes along with OSB software or do we need to install and software

Hi Team,

Currently, we are planning to upgrade SOA12.1.3 to 12.2.1.4, we would like to understand how to get the OSB message report capability, should we need to install any software separately or does this come along with OSB. Please advise.
