JDE 9.1, Bug 23473159: R3483 PLANNING PERIOD OF SUPPLY WITH MIN MAX AND MULTIPLE

Does anyone have a temporary workaround solution if ESU patch isn't an immediate possibility? as that seems to be the only proposed solution of Oracle.

Bug almost reflects the issue we are facing, order policy code lot for lot and min max quantities set in item branch. Additional B or O messages and once Max quantity is removed the messages go away and it starts to see the existing PO/WO already in place and then gives cancel messages and increase quantities message as no longer Max quantity set in Item branch
