olvm internal 500 error

Right after a fresh installation of oracle 8.9, with non-uek kernel, I ran the necessary commands to install olvm, few days ago I installed using the same sets of commands for a test environment and it works, however, today after installation was done, I could use the fqdn and see the welcome page but when trying to login, I get the "Internal error 500" how can I fix this?
