Compatible and DG?

Hi,

We are planning to migrate from hardware A to hardware B. When I look through the source db, I can see the parameter COMPATIBLE is set to 12.2.0.1.0.

How do I tackle this? Do I set it (to 19.0.0) on the standby (physical) before I do the swithcover? Will a potential swithover back to server A work if compatible is not the same on both sides?

Or just keep the settings and change it during an maintenace window at a later time?
