I have an Oracle DB 19c EE on Oracle Linux 8.8 and I was upgrading OPatch according to the README file:

java -jar opatch_generic.jar -silent oracle_home=$ORACLE_HOME

But it returned the error "NGINST-64010: Available features have conflicts with already installed features in the given Oracle Home" .

I've searched for a similar error, but I just have this doc (Doc ID 2557614.1), which doen't solve my issue, since it's related to another middleware (WebLogic) and it doesn't apply to my problem. My current version of OPatch is "OPatch Version: 12.2.0.1.17" and the patch that I'm trying to install is that one "p28186730_1394214_Generic".
