JDE world A7 X09031 return blank while process history data

The program suddenly doesn't work since 1st Jan 2024 . During debug mode， we found that one table display error code ’3‘ . So I find above code . Anyone can help us to understand what is meaning ？ or what is linkage between code and error message？
