Late charges- Interest (10%), Fees(10%), Charges - flat $

We have 3 elements in late charges-

1. Monthly interest - every month 10%p.a till the payment is made
2. Late fees - 10% on 31st day- one time charge
3. Admin Charges- $ 10 on 61st day - one time charge.

Problem in one charge schedule i am not able to use % and flat amount.

In late charge profile, i am selecting interest charge type as 'Fixed rate' for component 1 above.

for penalty charge type, i want to select 'charge schedule' for component 2,3 above but i can not create 1 charge schedule for % and fixed amount both.
