Column Limit on CSV report

Is there a limit to the number of columns that can be in a CSV report?

I have a UBE with 85 columns and need to add one more.

I am able to add the new column (86th) to the UBE. When I save and exit and come back to the design of the UBE, the column heading, and value have moved to column 2. The UBE does not seem to like to retain it in the position placed.

Print set up Custom Width does not allow to enter a value greater than 45.51.
