PS 9.2 Too Many Additional Pays error preventing data load to the pay line - PAY011 report

PS 9.2 We found out based on the PAY011 report after the PYLOAD there were Too Many Additional Pays error preventing data load to the pay line. Any recommendations/solutions to overcome this error?
