Attention EBS Benefits Customers: The following 2023 Employer Reporting Under the Affordable Care Act (ACA) patches have been released for Release 12.1 and 12.2 customers and are available for download from My Oracle Support:

**IMPORTANT - Market Driven Support for EBS Release 12.1 Payroll Customers: The updates included in this patch are only available to Release 12.1 EBS Benefits customers with a valid Market Driven Support (MDS) contract in place.
