Delivered process Load Dental Care Eligibility - CTX905DP

Just a heads up!!

Please note this process CTX905DP only loads a dental eligibility code for employees active in the year you are processing year-end for.

So, If you had an employee that was never active in 2023 and is still getting a T4 due to receiving a retro from the previous year, it will not load a Dental Eligibility code for them. and they will show up on the year-end error report. This occurred when we ran the process by company/pay group. The process shouldn't consider empl_status - since it is possible to pay a terminated/retired person in a year where they never worked - many of the provincial mandated retros required this.
