How to migrate an existing EBS system to OCI EBS Cloud Manager?

My client is currently using OCI compute linux instance and DBCS for the EBS system, we would like to migrate the EBS to EBS Cloud Manager but without causing any disruptions to the user and its operations. Is there anyone can share the experience and the method of the successful EBS Cloud Manager migration?


EBS ver: 12.2.12

DB ver: 19.18.0.0.0

OS: Oracle Linux 8 for App and 7 for DBCS
