after OS upgradation our database not startup.

We upgradated windows server 2012R2 to windows 2019 after the upgradation our Database not start

we have two node RAC setup 19.0.0.0.0 please find below error for your reference.

Problem Description

After the server rebooted CRS start automictically. The database failed to start giving below errors.


C:\WINDOWS\system32>srvctl start instance -i FASTAG2 -db fastaguat

PRCR-1013 : Failed to start resource ora.fastaguat.db

PRCR-1064 : Failed to start resource ora.fastaguat.db on node uatfastag-db2

CRS-2717: Server 'uatfastag-db2' is not in any of the server pool(s) hosting resource 'ora.fastaguat.db'
