I am trying to automate an earnings based on an employees date

we are trying to automate a payout amount based on an emplids specific date

for instance, the employees date is 2/1/2025

when the date is 2/1/2030 (5 years later) the employee will receive $50 every pay until the date is now

2/1/2035 another 5 year later which he will now receive $100 every pay period.

does anyone have an automation for this scenario without manual intervention?
