Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Does Oracle support an in-place upgrade of Oracle Linux for EBS apps/db?

I have a Oracle Linux 7 servers running Oracle 19c database and 1 primary and 1 secondary EBS R12.2 servers.

Does Oracle support performing an in-place upgrade to Oracle Linux 8? If not, do I need to clone the environment to a new set of servers?
