How to Obtain 2024 FICA Limit?

I installed Vertex 2023 Interim Update 1223.01. I expected it to update my FICA limit from 2023 limit of $160,200 to new 2024 limit of $168,600. When I checked the Data Dictionary SSDL after the update, it is still holding the 2023 limit.

Does anyone know how I can obtain this new limit without doing it manually within the application?
