Tax Form W-4 Self Service Page doesn't reflect 2024 version wording

Oracle e-Business 12.2 RUP 17, applied Year End Phase I and II patching.

New 2024 W4 is producing out of Oracle, but Self Service page does not reflect the new wording. Step 2 only shows (b) and (c) but 2024 W4 now has an (a).

Has anyone else have the same? Was there a step that got missed in applying patching or will Oracle be updating at a later date?
