Eloqua Bulk API - How to update CDO fields with null/blank value
Hi,
We are using Oracle Eloqua 23D. I am syncing data to Eloqua from our CRM via an OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) integration.
I am using a standard Eloqua connector in my OIC integration which leverages the Eloqua Bulk API.
I am importing records of on of our CDOs. One of the fields on this CDO is a date field that is not always populated in our CRM. The issue I'm having is that if the field is previously populated in Eloqua, but on the next sync the field is blank in our CRM, then the integration does not overwrite the Eloqua CDO field with blank/null value.
