Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) - ORACLE to CISCO Integration
We have CISCO Jabber account subscriptions and would like to Integrate with Oracle through Computer Telephony Integration (CTI)
We would like to more insight into CTI, can you plz help us with proper documentation.
1) How the phone application can be used in the Advanced Collections / Oracle?
2) Can the collectors directly call from Oracle Collection?
3) Once the collector completes the call, will the collector’s strategy task be updated with any notes?
4) Can the phone conversation transcripts available in CISCO jabber, be imported into Oracle as notes?
