Year End Rollovers related to multiple Taxx IDs for an employee

Hello,
An issue was noticed after the 2023/24 rollovers were completed.
This affected many employees that we now need to identify and fix up.
Employee had 2 Taxx IDs in the same company for 2023. A couple of reasons could be that a new Taxx ID was setup for the company or that an employee changed from a part time employee to a full time employee.
The old Taxx ID had Beginning Balances but no amounts in the F06146 monthly/period fields.
The new Taxx ID did not have Beginning Balances BUT did have amounts in the F06146 monthly/period fields.
