Unifier Consolidated Line Items: Duplicate SOV of Line

We're experiencing SOV line duplication where one Change Commit type bp(CO) consolidates lines from another Change Commit type bp(PCO), where the PCO is the creator or the new SOV line.

So let's say the vendor is looking to Add 'Flooring' as a new SOV to their base commit through PCO, the SOV reference for this line shown on the form is 0 indicating new line.

This PCO is approved which then leads internal staff consolidate this PCO into a CO record.

All lines on the PCO which the sov reference value is 0 will then creates a new line within the SOV sheet. Where as lines that where already reference on the PCO when consolidated doesn't create a new line while processing the CO.
