Revenue won't transfer to General ledger

Revenue won't transfer to General ledger due to revenue lines wit the source of 'Dummy'

When attempting to close PA period, running into issue of project , draft revenues 4 (for zero dollars) not interfaced. When querying in Revenue Review screen the draft revenues line do not show up.
