Any suggestions to switch from Oracle Forms and Report developer into Oracle Fusion Cloud Develope!!

Currently working on Oracle EBS R12 for many years as Oracle Techno-Functional Developer. As per my research from Google articles, it seems to me that Oracle does not allow any customization in Oracle Cloud at all. We have been adding custom modules to EBS for a very long time to meet our business requirements. Without creating any custom module it is not possible to feed all the data into Oracle Financial Applications.

Please advise me what kinds of courses I need to concentrate if If I want to switch from Old Oracle Techno-Functional Developer into Oracle Cloud developer.

I appreciate all of your suggestions in advance.
