My client would like to enhance the current EBS system to support Malaysian language as it needs to cater the users of the factory in Malaysia. I understand that the full translation support for Malaysian is not available in EBS due to the lacking of the NLS patch for this language. However, according to the document below, I don't understand what's the term "Lightweight-only language" is really mean in the application, although I've tried to apply the changes to the EBS according to the oracle technical doc., except that it has added a Malay language option in the
