eBS R12.2.11 on Linux 64

trying to download patch 12.2.13

The patch is divided into several parts, but only this one doesn't want to download:

p34776655_R12_LINUX_1of12.zip


It says:

Error

An unexpected error has occurred. This may be a temporary network failure. Please try again later. If it doesn't work on a retry then please contact MyOracleSupport (MOS) for further assistance.


But it's not a temporary error, as whole the time I can download all of the other parts, and also the one translation we need. That one patch consistently fails to download. All other ones work all the time.
