Loosing Session Agents when Network Goes down.

OK, here goes.

Pair of 3950s configured in HA.

ACME-A S0P0 (Internal). -> Firewall A Port 1

ACME-A S0P1 (External) -> Firewall A Port 2

ACME-B S0P0 (Internal). -> Firewall B Port 1

ACME-B S0P1 (External) -> Firewall B Port 2

Scenario:

Firewall A is rebooted. Session Agents stay up as HA flips over.

Before Firewall A is fully up Firewall B is rebooted.

ALL session agents go OOS (as expected)

Firewall A completes its reboot, Interfaces show up. BUT, Session agents do not reconnect.

Firewall B completes reboot, interfaces show up. BUT session agents still down.

Show Health is 100%
