Is there an approval process in the Case Management system?

JDE 9.20

When new cases are entered in the Warranty system, is there a way to have an approval step after status 100 to ensure we should accept this case. We have a step for the product manager to approve, but we need this restricted to only the product managers, so others cannot change the staus.
