Short fiscal year

Hello,

We know that it is not a good practice, but we have a financial requierement to have a short fiscal year.

Usually, our fiscal years are April 1st to March 31.

However, for financial reasons, we need to have a fiscal year from:

•April 1, 2023 to December 21, 2023

•December 22, 2023 to March 31, 2024.

And after that we will restart with our usual pattern.

In the date pattern, we therefore have 2 lines for FY 2024, because the first period of the short year ends in January 2024.

The questions we have, is how JDE reports will deal with 2 times the same fiscal year?

For exemple, R09410 balance report use only fiscal year and period number in the processing options. But we will have two ranges of date for the same fiscal year, same period number,
