Process To Purge Old Personal Data

Our institution has been having internal discussions around minimizing our risk/footprint in case of a data breach. We’re currently looking at getting rid of applicant data for people who meet certain criteria, e.g. applied X years ago but never became a student. We want to delete their applicant data and all personal data in Campus Solutions.
