RMAN "duplicate target database for standby" hangs on sysaux-TS

we use oracleDB Enterprise Edititin 19c (version 19.20.0.0). 

I'm having problems setting up a second standby database (the first standy runs without problems). But when I issue the "duplicate target database for standby" command for the second standby in RMAN, the transfer always hangs on the sysaux tablespace. Do you have any idea what I'm doing wrong?


The RMAN output is as follows:
