Default user and admin passwords not working

Loading default nnSCZ910-img-vm_kvm.LI.qcow2 image into OCI instance both user (acme) and admin (packet) passwords are not working from the initialization.

Documentation for 9.1.0 still states them as old passwords back from ACME times. Anyone experienced this?
