Does the 9.2 update 8 ASU include all the module ESU's including all the countries localization

Hello,

I have an query on the 9.2 update 7,8 ASU which oracle release's ASU every year somewhere Oct /Nov, Does the 9.2 update 8 ASU include all the modules ESU's including all the countries localization or we have to apply the ESU separately

Example: If I want to implement India localization. Will 9.2 update 8 ASU enough or I have to apply ESU's separately for localization for a country.

Appreciate if you can provide the doc telling all the info regarding 9.2 update 8 what are the objects involved in the update ASU.
