Is it possible to use detail form field to filter the next step assignee in workflow step

Is it possible to use detail form data element/field to filter the next step assignee's in workflow step?

e.g. In meeting minutes BP, we can add attendees under Attendee tab (Or Line item), now I want to send the meeting minutes records to only the attendee's those are added in the attendee tab.

Or is there any way to do this?
