Alabama Overtime setup 2024

Oracle EBS R12.2

Can you please point me to a more complete setup for the Alabama Overtime exemptions in EBS R12.2? I read Doc ID 2994411.1 and still have questions and hope they will be answered in a more complete setup document. Two immediate areas for clarity are: 'The customer will be required to have unique and separate regular and overtime earnings elements that are to be used for paying Alabama non-tax exempt as well as tax-exempt earnings' and which balance do we add to the delivered element 'Tax Exempt Overtime Reporting'?
