SmartView Drill Through from Planning to ERP Error 400 Bad Request

I have a user that is getting a 400 Bad Request error when tryin to use Drill Through to go from our Planning back in to the ERP. Other users can use Drill Through without issue. I found Document 2891513.1 suggesting that the Cookies and History need to be fully cleared. We tried that and cleared them on all browsers, but they are still getting this error.

Are there any other causes for this error on Drill Through?
