Does anyone have Primary Incumbent functionality enabled in ELM?

ELM PUM 22/HCM PUM 38

We have enabled Primary Incumbent functionality for our overlap positions and it is working fine in HR. However, we have not been able to successfully send the information to our ELM system where we have overlap managers.
