How can we remove unnecessary HTML attachment on PO Notification to supplier

Oracle Product: EBS Applications


Current Version: R12.2.4

Issue: Outbound PO email to supplier has HTML attachment. When the supplier replies to the email and the HTML attachment is included this email will be blocked by the Our email server and the supplier response is not seen.  

Business Need: Buyers and requesters rely on supplier confirmations to verify receipt/acceptance of the order along with delivery date details.

Best option is to remove the HTML attachment from the email.

how can we remove the HTML attachment from the email. Please find the screen shot attached.
