[EOM] Would it be possible to create an Alert that combines a realm and device filter?

We were asked to detect when the amount of calls to some given numbers (which can be defined with a realm) performed by some specific devices (which can be defined by using a Tag) went over a threshold.

Our first attampt was to create an Alert that monitorize the Active-calls KPI curve generated filtering by Tag and Realm simultaneously. Nevertheless, we couldn't apply the filtering pattern on the Alert creation menu.

We considered an alternative approach by trying to activate a SNMP export on the metric filtered; meanwhile we received an Error popup reporting "Sorry, an error occurred while processing your request."
